Looks pretty cool on there even for being a bad part. I think it will work by moving the indent over x0.1 & Y0.1 . So should i run it or is there any thing else to adjust or change.

no biggie fogged. With this part, you can easily and more effectively run a 4th gen, ECU controlled distributor, in conjunction with an OBD-1 ECU and wiring harness swap. This allows tuning and more reliable ignition timing.

Well, I couldn't find the correct spacers to mount it properly, so I found a hole saw and went to town.
We now have a piece with the correct offset. I can give you the measurements for the stock key and the angle of the offset. It would be best if you could give me the exact thickness of the plate being used, as the one you sent wasn't 3/4". Thanks.

Sorry, I missed your previous post. A new plate and key will need to be made and tested. When everything checks out, we will figure out the cost, and buy the plate. Hardware and O-rings come out to around $5, I believe the plate was around $16, there's the material for the key, and I think cruical deserves something for his hard work. Your guess on the time is as good as mine.

The thickness of the plate that you sent was 0.69" at the top and 0.72" at the bottom, so that needs to be addressed. Then there's the coolant passage, but I think you have that figured out. Everything else looks good.

The part will be .75 thick, I just milled the part i sent you to clean it up. Didn't want to send you something with burs all over lol.
So i think ill run a complete part to send you, and start working on the key for it.
I also got a couple plates too use so might be able to send a few of them. But first thing first is to get you a complete part for testing and such.

The pin hole is perpendicular to the key teeth on the stock key.
The ring groove and pin hole need to be moved down 0.75" and offset around 70 degrees or so... I'll figure that out later.

Yeah I won't be needing one of these (though I wish I was, I would love to support this work), but I gotta commend you all on your dedication and cooperation to actually make something useful from the ground up!
I think we might be able to get you to build different strut mounts to allow us to run the civic strut conversion with a little less hassle.
