    wheel bearings

ok i think that my wheel bearing went in my passenger front. Question is i have a set of 86-87 knuckles/hubs that were on the car now i got the 88-89's on it , would the bearings fri from the older stuff to the newer? and would the hubs be able to be swapped over too if i eeded them?

The knuckles will swap, but the 88-89 LX-i calipers will not fit the 86-87 knuckles. 88-89 LX or DX calipers will fit the 86-87 knuckles. As for hubs i am not sure, you are better off getting a new bearing.

It's not worth the trouble. Spend the extra $60 or $70 and get new ones. Most shops charge more than that to press them.

    Re: wheel bearings

its no problem pressing them, my father is a mechanic so his shop has the press and tghe tools to do it, all im asking is if the bearings swap over from the 86-87's to the 88-89's
