in the middle of buying a 89 accord DX coupe

i was just wondering if its fuel injected, how many horses, whatever- its only got 45k miles on it

It has a 2bbl carb, and about 98 hp at the flywheel...~85 on the ground. At that low of a milage, I would expect it to be in pretty good shape. If the price is right, go for it.

so are you buying the DX (which is carb)
or fuel injected like you said??

i know its the basic model, in a coupe, it was my grandma's car-

If it's the DX trim then it's not fuel injected.
To be 100% sure, just pop the hood, if you see the carb there (round black cylinder) instead of a throttle body (silver with PGM-FI plate on it), then it's not fuel injected.
