Yea OBD1 will be in the future sometime..
Anyway got an update, finally! I have been waiting what seems forever to get these babies on.
The other day me and my bud got the lines made, hubs in and the rear hubs on too. Turned out great and today I just had to pick up a few little things before I could start. So this is where I got today. Everything came off pretty good, much better then that parts se-i(god that was a nightmare).
Jacked up, cleaned out the garage enough so I could get the hatch in.
The old.
During. (NICE EXHAUST! HAHA)
87-89 Trailing arms, they are the SAME. I used the 87 ones.
And the new, a bit blurry but you can see.
Looks pretty hot!!, I don't like how that mid line is so short, but it should be okay once it's back on the ground(and lowered I'd imagine would help more too).. if not I will have to get some made. Started on the left rear, and the shock bolt seems to have snapped in half and I can't get the mofo out.. I will keep trying tomorrow but would rather not deal with it.
Can't wait to get rid of that crap ass suspension and get the new stuff on, hopefully it will come in this week so I can put it on while its off the road. I have some other things on order(cai filter, and shift bushings), should be here in a few weeks in time for the engine swap.
Oh and the one thing I overlooked.. the right side ebrake cable has a major gash in it that someone long ago taped up. Resulting in a seized cable.. great! So I have to order one tomorrow.. the one thing I don't replace screws me over haha.

thanks roach for confirming that the trailing arms are the same
theres a whole bunch of FTW going on there
Thanks guys
Well today I had started early to try and sort out that left rear spindle, I got everything swaped over/put on except the shock. The one that came off, well the bushing sleeve is rusted to the bolt... so I couldn't get it out. So a quick run to pick n pull I managed to find a decent one(its temp anyway for another week or two), so I got that in and just about everything else. Just have to get some crush washers for the lines, stick up the pads, put those in and start the front.
I also ordered a pass rear cable from honda.. $90 later it will be here tomorrow morning so I can finish up with the rear. I also caved and ordered front and rear st sway bars! So my suspension is going to be tight shit when I'm done! haha. I will get some pics tomorrow when I finish up the rear.
Well today was a good day!
My friend was nice enough to drive me to pnp to grab some other misc stuff. I picked up the rear caliper covers, sanded em down quick and gave them a shot of paint! I also picked up the rest of the gray panels off the hatch so that's awesome. The best part of all is that I scored some lude seats!!! They are MINT and only cost me $34!!!! How friggin awesome is that!
Here's that problem with the bolt I was talking about.
Panels, I will clean them up and they should look pretty good.
Seats!!!!!!!
And the caliper cover/guards.
Going to run to Honda tomorrow and get that cable, some break clean, finish the rear and start on the front finally.

Well I finished the back up finally!
Everything has been lubed, torqued, ect, all thats left is to bleed.
Here's where I got on the front today.
There was a power outage pretty much when I started working on the front, and just came on back now. So I could only get so far with a mag light haha. Also got the prop valve installed.
definately clean and proper cant wait to see it finished
sweet
and i know how it feels to get a bolt stuck like that happened to my 3gee with the front LCA

Here we have it, finished!
Well I had to wait on the left balljoint before I could go any further and that came in late today so I just finished up a bit ago. Got all that in there, everything torqued down, ect. Pulled her out and bled, and bled, and bled some more.
Heres the se-i booster, and mc I grabbed off a pnp car all cleaned up.
It was a damn tight squeeze to get that SOB in there!
Oh yea, lude arms with no washers? huh!
Front.
With the wheels on.
Well I took her out for a spin, it brakes nice. I was only able to lock up the right rear, so a little more tweaking. Also have to adjust the e-brake since I didn't get around to it. I also think the front left rotor is warped(off the se-i, never drove on it before), but it will have to do till I can save for some brembo's or I will get it turned sometime.
Other then that it feels great! Looks nice too, lovin the gold.. I just hope it holds up for a bit. So now I actually have a mod, all se-i brakes, with ss lines, new wheel bearings all around, new rear bushings, new lude control arms(bushings/balljoint), front lower balljoint, and soon I will get my tierod's and tierod ends done. Now just waiting on exhaust to get in so I can get that done.. think I will clean up some plastics in the meantime, enjoy
looking good mayne!!

Redzone tuned
i remember reading he had them re bushed.
top work on this car damn i wish i had the time and money to do the same!!!@
i also would love to see that exhaust of yours (old one) i was like wtf
Ya like that exhaust eh? haha god damn I can't wait to get rid of that!
As for the arms, I used the bushing kit for the accord in the lude arm, the sleeve and bolt too. Everything else is lude, it worked out nice since I was concerned about the washers.
Feels good to have it done and I can't wait to get rid of that huge wheel gap too, thanks for the props
lol yeah looks like you could build a city in that wheel gap. not that i can talk or anything
Top notch as always old boy.
Remeber boys and girls Coupes rule, Hatchies drule, and 4 doors are for mothers..........
yea lower and soon hah
Well I have driven around a bit and everything is feeling really good! After I drive a bit more I will retorque, and yea.. you could have a few cities in those wheel gaps haha. DAMN I need to lower asap!
Can't wait to get this engine swap underway, that exhaust pipe needs to get here faster!!
Well I was stoked today to find a parcel slip in the mailbox!!
Off to the exhaust shop and then I can get the engine swap underway, I'm STOKED! Also got a cai pipe in there too, have to mock it up when the engine is in, woohoo!
oh cool, looking foward to this
Well got it done up yesterday, turned out pretty good I will say. I have been waiting forever to get some exhaust on this thing. It's a bit quieter in the cab but not much haha. Sounds much nicer, although I wish they would of tucked it up a bit more.. a future project.
Wasn't happy with the dp since it would of made all the other 2 1/4" useless.
I am pleased, its all mandrel except for the bend at the back to where it goes into the muffler(ran outta bends), but its all good. It sounds much better and I def noticed a good power gain. I have some vids but can't seem to get em uploaded, will try later.
Got this done today
Before
After
Closer
I only got mat on the bottom of the door of what you see, due to the reinforcement above it. Oh and put in the power window setup too so thats all good. A few more things to get then engines goin in next week(well starting the operation).
