Finished the engine off this morning, it started 1st pop, pretty neat for a motor thats been sitting around for over 6 months. We also pulled my interior to bits tidied it, i installed my new carpet OVER TOP of my old carpet for maximum noise cancellation, had to cut the old fucked carpet a bit to make it fit but it looks mint now, i also reinstalled my fog lights and gave it a well needed wash. etc etc anyways heres the pics....

    shes drives!!

    Re: AccordB20A's 2.0Si F1 Edition Build

haha yeah i reckon. i wont be running a b2k5 or f2k5 gearbox when my new engine goes in. i reckon b20 boxes are weak as anyways. i have a b18 box to beat on, the last one of those lasted over 60,000kms of me thrashing it doing massive skids etc etc. blew in the end but damn it took a raping strongest box by far. oh and the box i blew still lives on in canada in a 2g b20a powered accord aye (ichiban)

and yes matt i know how rough my car is it needs new paint

Looking good man. Glad to see the Accord is back up and running, and not being ignored because of your Civic.

    Re: AccordB20A's 2.0Si F1 Edition Build

okay heres some pix of the car on the 17's

dont take notice of the height yet as its not where i want it.

with the suspension, i have the koni reds in the rear with the height set on the lower circlip grove, ill need to get them rebuilt s one leaks and id like them shortened a bit and a couple more circlip grooves so i can go lowarrrr

The front im running my bilsteins, they currently do not have a spring perch and im trying to get a couple from the guy i got them off, they too are circlip height adjustable so ill get some more grooves machined in these also, the ride has to be kind of comfortable so i dont want it too low, just so the tyre is level with the guards. The 17";s have 205-40R17's on them at the moment, i think im going to go to a 215 45 17 if they will fit under there as it will be more comfortable and not as hard as a 205 40.

Looks great man. If you're gonna pay to get the Koni's rebuilt, find a set for the front that fit and get them rebuilt to match. Aren't there Civic fronts that fit or something? Or get the matching Bilsteins for the rear. Either way, can't go wrong.
