    Re: AccordB20A's Vigor Update Thread

i have a oem honda clutch with quite a few thousand kms on it........use a soft clutch and you wont break the diff, my clutch grabs too hard and it snaps the pin in the diff if you abuse it too much. too much chirping the wheels into 3rd gear

I like how it handles but i feel it needs to be stiffer

    right pics..

King springs indeed, Problem with them is the spring rates too soft really need to get stiffer springs

    Re: AccordB20A's Vigor Update Thread

Im loving the handling of the car now, still have not driven hard yet, been moving house and theres too much shit in the back lol

Might take the front konis out and set them on full stiffness (they are only on 1/2 way) and re set the rears to 3/4 for extra stiffness

    Re: AccordB20A's Vigor Update Thread

Lately i have been having problems with my rh axle, on accelleration it shook the whole car and when u drive in a straight line and eased on and off the throttle it used to make clicking noises, not to mension has like 45 degrees of play i nthe whole axle, today i ripped it apart.
I found that SOMEONE.. probably my mate used a left hand halfshaft side inner axle in the gearbox, it had up and down play, also the cv had no grease in it, 2 bearings were completely fucked and the other seized up, no wonder if vibrated.
Anyways i installed a complete new axle and its all good now. got lots of grease in there too, Minter Heres the pics
