looks beefy enough but are you concerend with direction forces and vibration transfer from the engine to the crossmember? Im not sure if your gonna fill the larger pipe with poly fill or not to isolate or not. I myself was invisioning a dogbone similar to the top rear support just mounted in the front lower brace.
That or if you take apart the stock front auto mount, I pictured using the same bolts but welding them so they fit against eacj other in a friction joint with a piece of poly or rubber isolating them. I was then going filla mold to make it larger and see if that would make it. Nice thinking though. keep us updated.
I took my mount and cut it down for turbo clearances. i though stitch welding it would strengthen the part I cut but after seeing yours theres no way Im even going to use anymore. Let us know the whole story and how much force you actually put on it. Im guessing a hard 4-3 downshift and crushed it?
My mount was cut about 1/2 inch to the right of the center hole and it seemed strong enough. Granted i only put a few thousand miles on it but i was running 17psi almost the whole time. I am getting in on the AZ mount group buy for sure cause the A20 mounts suck.
haha your engine has an auctomatic plate on it. Good job making a better mount tho, hope it works out for you.
Got some more work done on it

Great work.
I made myself a custom motor mount too last week. I should start a thread and show how I did it. I used a B20A5 mount.

I need these parts!

Does your camera not focus when you get this close? I can't see if it's really necessary, but I might put some type of raised section along the mount's vertical axis, since that is it's weakest axis, and the axis the driveline would try to deflect it along. More on the subject of pics/appearance, you should be using a wire wheel on a disk grinder to clean the metal..

I started to use the b20a5 braket but i had to remove to much of the braket to make it fit next to the turbo that's why i went this way for this motor mount i am useing Prothane bushings from a ford leaf spring that should give me a strong mount with not that much vibration.

Another thing, I was looking at your pics again, and it seems like you re clocked your turbo to get the compressor outlet in a different place..I would say you should clock the turbo so the drain is facing straight down. And I would run a braided teflon line on the drain too, just to be safe.

I looks like you did put a little ridge on there, that's cool. I would have tied it into the top of the piece that holds the side of the bushing, but that's just me, I'm not trying to criticize. Overall I think it looks good. How hard is that leaf spring bushing?
