    Little update

Been working on the 3g a lot lately. I've been trying to fix the oil leak it has been having ever since we bought the car. Finally my brother and i fixed it. We replaced the camshaft seal, dizzy seal, front and rear crank shaft seals, new o-rings in the oil pump, new Honda oil pan with Honda oil pan gasket, and the oil filter base gasket. Also changed the axle oil seals on the tranny. The power steering pump also leaked, so rebuilt it with new seals. The rack and pinion also leaked last summer because the bellow ripped and i didn't know the seal on the rack was leaking. So i replaced the rack as well. So after all of that, finally, she stopped leaking

With this came the idea of cleaning the paint up. The paint was rough, so i went out and bought the Mothers clay bar kit. Well pics speak for themselves.

P.S. Hubcaps will go on soon, i need to repaint them.

    All dirty...

    After a wash

Then after clay bar and Carnuba wax...

    Little touch with the leaf

Edit: I am very happy to be able to park on the driveway without having to stick something under the car so the oil doesn't drip onto the driveway and stain.

That is the patch for the rust. When we first got the car we kind of cleaned up the area and put body filler in there and found relatively matching paint. This summer i will be knocking that crap out and i will fiber glass the hole.

I didn't do anything to the tails, my brother may have polished them when he had the car but i doubt it.

I painted the hubcaps a while back and now they started to crack and look like ass. So i took them off for the time being and going to sand them down to bare plastic and get Dupli-color wheel paint. As far as treatment, once i get over there in Philly i will have to start looking around at different products.
