    stainless steel "where to buy???"

    ok so i have flanges to build my turbo mani but was wondering where you all think is the cheepest and best place to buy schedule 10 stainless steel 1.5" 90* ells. the cheepest place ive found so far is acestainless.com at $5.79 per and i need 14 at least(building a ramhorn mani for the A20). also does anyone have a t3/t4 that they could take mesurments for me?
    I would need the overall length, hight, and width so i can build a mock-up out of wood to help place the turbo. any help is apriceated.

    McMaster-Carr is about $8.26 or $44.30 depending on how tight of a radius you want so no go there...

    What type of radius are you looking for?

    Why do you need measurements of a t3/t4, I thought you already had a precision sc34? Or whatever you said. Ace stainless is where I always buy my weld els.
    What kind of tig do you have? You know how to use it?
    I think everyone who makes a manifold for a 3g should share dimensions, etc, so we know what works best. Have you read my thread "who is currently in the market for a turbo manifold"? me, mykwikcoupe, and bobafett are trying to figure out some shit. I'll probably just end up taking an educated guess though, and making one on my own, for sale.

    no no turbo yet but it will be a sc34 like i said in my thread it will take some time i have everything else but no money left so no turbo yet ace is where i have been looking and they seem prety good. but ill keep looking around

    ::edit::
    the tig machine is a syncrowave 250dx (got to love taking cool classes) and yes i do know how to use it going on my 3rd year of college welding classes so im ok at it. in the end as long as my welds look ok and will hold up then im ok.

    I highly doubt you''ll find a better place than ace stainless.
    So you're going to be welding this at school? I just bought an old syncrowave 350 and taught myself to use it, with a little help from honda-tech's fab forum. Well, be sure to post up what you build..
