Can't disconnect stock bose radio

I have it unscrewed but I can't pull it out far enough to unhook the wiring. It's like one of the wires is too short, any suggestions?

I couldn't fit my hand in from behind, but it turned out the pull harder suggestion worked. Felt like I was gonna break something.
