Decided to paint my trim. There are some flaws in the paint, but overall it looks much better.

Thanks! I used the Dupli-Color Bumper Coating, I also used Dupli-Color Adhesion Promoter(basically a primer).

That looks great! Our cars look sooo much better with fresh looking trim. That's a really creative idea for the masking as well!

I used that Krylon Fusion stuff in satin black when I did my front and rear bumpers.

Indeed it does. I am hoping i can start to do body work on it, and get it repainted the same color...except without the rock chips and such

Thanks! And yes it does, it smoothed out after a good tune up, and fixing all oil leaks.

Masking takes forever!!!!

it might have been faster to pull the trim and bumpers, then paint the trim and mask off the bumper and paint that too.. dunno though

I can't feel the engine running when inside the car. I can only feel it when the A/C kicks on because the RPM's rise.
