    map lights

    ok i got a set of map lights in the trunk with some other parts when i bought my car, i tried to put them in today but the bolt holes don't line up with the hole below the mirror,is there a bracket that goes between the lights and the roof.

    there are 2 types of map light.

    Which one do you have?

    I know that this one needs a bracket in the roof.

    the other kind also needs a bracket. and the ceiling liner has to be cut

    before you cut anything make sure it will fit with your sun visors (the flip down things with the mirror on em)

    mine is different than the one you showed,would you be ableto get the bracket at the dealer?

    hey i got the one you showed how the hell can i put it on my coupe

    took a whole year but i got the 100th post
    yet only took a month to get the 200th

    find a bracket & weld it to teh roof, or make a custom one that mounts from the rear view mirror

    did only coupes have a map light or just lxi,exi's.i might check the junk yards for the bracket.
