I've done some searching in the forums for this question, but can't seem to find a clear answer - maybe I'm not using the right keywords. Sorry if it's already been covered.
Is there a place the sells imported A20A3 engines? Are those engines hard to come by? I know about checking out the junkyards but I was thinking more along the lines of 50K miles or less on the engine....

er, every once in awhile, they pop up on ebay. but seeing that the 3g accords are probably all pretty much crushed in japan and since we had that engine stateside anyway, there's not a high demand for it, you probably will be looking for awhile before actually finding one. your best bet would probably be to find a rear-ended 3g in the jy w/ low miles and pull that one if you don't want to rebuild or else just get any old a20a1/3 and rebuild it. a20a1 and a20a3 use the same block and basically same head anyway, the difference is just in the method of fuel induction.
