I really doubt it would fit, its a 2.2L head on a 1.8L block. And i hope your not talking about that for your accord. Theres a lot of info on here, take a few days and do a lot of research and that will eliminate most of your questions.

Of course you can do it. A good machinist can make anything work, machine the block, machine the head, custom cam gears, custom timing belt, custom head gasket, maybe relocate the cam pulleys a little to the left or right. No problem.

I guess the question is, why do you want to do this? Where did this idea come from? What do you think it will do? You can't just slap parts together and expect it to magically make 10471230481390 horsepower.

I'm a machinist and I know you can do it. But the part that makes me wanna smash my head off of the toolpost is why? Do you want a supremely low compression B18 with a high dollar mickey mouse head? Precisely what the fuck are you thinking?

Edit: The American Geographical society just got back to me; they state that there is not enough arable land in the world to grow enough marijuana to make the OP's intended modification make sense. There's just not enough room.

Re: h22 head on b18 block

Even a mchinist wouldn't be able to make this work it is impossible what everyone is forgetting here is B18 has bore spacing of 90mm H22 is larger due to the larger bores so none of the chambers would match up which is why this is impossible not even in a million years or if you found the worlds best engineer. It would be easier to make a whole new engine from scratch then do this mod!!!

    So does that answer yourquestion?

trade the H22 for a B16 head. that'll be your best bet.
