subie injectors are side feed i think
subie injectors are side feed i think
you using the factory injector plugs or splced in the toyota plugs to the honda loom?
you should have taken note of which plug came off which injector and you'd be sweet.
the factory order would be the right way round
if you've mucked them up the ecu wont know any diff and will fire them in the order it was before even if the plugs are on the wrong injectors
i used the toyota plugs, i got them around the right way eventually though
so she fires the gas at the right time now.
the injectors should fire about 180 degress before the spark i think.
prob between 45 and 120 degress atdc on the intake stroke
prob cant really find out the injector timing without the flash as diagnostic machine
so that proves a bit of a prob
but have you got her running yet
i'm gonna try tomorrow, now that i have a charged battery![]()
i decided to pump water through the fuel thingy & injectores (dunno if that was a good idea or not??) but a whole heap of white shit came out of it, after that hooked it back up to the car, and she started up. must be a vacuum leak under the manifold though cause it only idles at 2k & its like its hitting the rev limiter (installed tps upside down) but it goes lol. heres a vid of teh first start up http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QDiilFw9_4Y
damn dude, you should do that b20 a favor and send it to me![]()
lol @ the related videos.
ITS ALIIIIIIIIVE!!!!!!!
dunno if those things have any idle adjustment on the throttles or not
is the throttle cable slack enuff at the throttles so it aint opening them at all
there should be enuff slack so you can wiggle the cable at the throttles without effecting the
idle speed
yup, there was just a leak between the head & manifold vacuum holes, the quads spacer thingy fixed that. now the battery is dead again lol. I took the idle diaphram off cause it was in the way, i will stick it back on when it needs to be there for it to idle though
