Very nice
That is polishing compound, it may work but you will need five times that to do a whole car so it would be better/cheaper to have some professional grade light rubbing compound made for color sanding ( ultra fine sanding done intentionally to buff back up)
It looks like you are over sanding the fresh paint if that hood is the area you have been working on. What color are you trying to paint it anyway?
Hey you could try that turtle wax or blue coral carpet and upholstry cleaner, or the tuff stuff foam cleaner ( all available from walmart in auto section) and get a light bristle brush. Spray in on those carpet places that look bad, brush it in one direction, use a damp terry cloth to wipe it up, do it again brushing it back and forth, wipe it up on the damp terry cloth, you will be amazed at the results. YOu will go thru quite a few cloths as they will be picking up all the nasty. I have done carpets worse than that and they look like new afterwards. It may take four or more times but it works. I say this cause I love the interior of your car, otherwise in very good condition.

Thanks guys. Hey roodoo I do have a bunch of different kinds of the polish I'll maybe try out what you said. I think partyharty used the same stuff I had pictured. And by the way I am painting it black over the stock black. I got to clean the interior too. The rear looks better than the front too. I'm gonna do some more bondo work to it tommorow.
not a bad hatchie at all

I've tried simple green but I didn't let it soak in for too long. Maybe I should let it absorb into the mats.
Not bad looks like a decent hatch.
On the carpet I'd remove the carpet and mats and pressure wash them, carpet will look great after and you might loose a good 5-10lbs in dust LOL
2004-2011?
That looks just like my 88 bondo and all lol. i probably had another 20lbs of it tho i did the sides flat. I wish my interior still looked that good or i'd try and swap it into my new one. heres whats left of mine....
