the server keeps going down and taking AGES!!! to load been acting up for like the past month now and was wondering whats going on?! is this ever going to get fixed?
id recommended moving to a new server or something cause it seems every time i try to view the forum i cant and i know alot of other members are having the same problems

We moved to a new server this morning, so hopefully load times will improve.
Issues from this afternoon were caused by a board hack that was incompatible with the latest PHP version.

Is Sarah a dedicated server, or still shared? And yeah, pings are returning a good deal faster. Last night, pings were horrid. I think we'd have better response going with a static IP and hosting it at someones house. Anyone have FIOS?

awsome new server FTW. i was starting to get really pissed at times since my time sto check the site were cut down to only like 10 minutes a day and 9 of those minutes would be spent refreshing trying to get the page to load lol
old server was a a20a1 This new ones like a a20a3 i guess. changing host companies to something like the one microsofts on would be like a b20a turbo

bandwidth & hosting are cheap.. i use 1and1.com which could easily host the site reliably for $10/mo or less (assuming 3geez uses less than 2,500 GB a month).
hopefully the upgrade fixed the connection issues though
