i dropped someone off in sj and see a cop behind me after and it follows me all the way back to my house thats like 15 minutes away, and i didnt even do anything to have reason to be followed, and he thought he was completely slick the whole time until he pretty much noticed i that i knew he was following me then he just sped away down my street what a weird ass dude, but i felt pretty violated be suspected for anything when i didnt do anything, i dont even speed....

I only got pulled over once because at that point the car was registered under my dads name and he had a suspended license...
the fact that you say "he thought he was slick" paints a premise you were paying him an aweful lot of attention. Could have just been a coincedence and you were parinoid.

could be he just happened to be going the same direction you were. if he really wanted to pull you over, it probably would have been within the first couple of minutes of being behind you.
Is the person you dropped off clean?
The cops might be spying on him and want to know who he knows, etc.

yea he followed me down my residential street, he didnt see who i dropped off but yea they were clean, anyone could tell he was tailing me, after i parked he went and turned around and came back with his search lights on, so i think he was following me, but i vote he was really bored, but you still feeling kinda violated when you do nothing wrong but someone is still acting suspicious towards you,
