Inoperable

So about two months ago I started my car (when it was cold) and the heat controls and radio fail to work. After about 2 minutes they both work. Then another time my radio worked and I went to turn the heat on and the radio shuts off along with the heat. Then coincidentally the other day I was thinking about it and sure enough yesterday it does it. It has only done this a couple times, but is weird. Any ideas?

Check under the dash and make sure that the heater linkages aren't hitting the wiring for the radio. My guess is that you have a poor connection.
