    seat belts

ok so my front seat belts stopped working the other day they were never replaced in the recall back in 94 i think
well i went to the dealer ship and they still honer the recall but they said they can only get 1 buckle and thats the pass side no one else in the nation has a drivers side

so i asked if he could get another pass side but apparently i have the last new pass side buckle in the nation lol

is there any one here that can confirm this sounds a lil fishy to me

Just checked Majestic and they have it. The 86-87' buckles are different, so they may be out of those.

Well I am just saying, they need to check that. I am pretty sure if they can't find those buckles then they need to swap the whole thing over.

Legend_master confirmed the same thing not too long ago (maybe years by now...). They told him that he was getting around the last in the nation.

    Re: seat belts

Majestic does seem to have a separate stock from Honda. For instance, my dealer wanted to replace my passenger-side door mirror on my se-i, but found out they were no longer available, however, Majestic seems to still have them in stock.

my question is scense they did not have the driver side and there are no more pass sides and this was a recall should i make them figure something out

also this is prolly gona become more of a random prob with people we need to get a list of what seat belts fit our cars so we can fix them down the road

Honda of Canada has a separate inventory. Try calling this dealer in Toronto, or any dealer, and have them check. (416) 423-2300.

Now I'm confused. It doesn't sound like he's going to get much of anything from Honda except an odd-ball belt. If we're trying to find belts, the junkyard has them by the dozens. Granted, they aren't free, but they are there and won't require months of haranguing, ranting, hysterical screaming, civil unrest or threats of bodily harm to get.

there under a recall the little red part of the button brakes off and causes it ti stick or not work right
so i went in under the recall to have them fixed scense the previous owner did not
they only had the pass side i had to source the drivers side
but scense its under a manufactures recall they need to figure out how to make this work right the drivers side i got wasent one of the replaced but it was cleaned out
