I was looking for more people with in-dash gauges... I got the idea from a buddy who had a 93 Civic hatch.
Man!! I am embarrest by how dirty my dash is... It usually doesn't get half that bad.

i can tell your acords a DX it has no features lol
how well can you see those gauges from the other side of the car?
do a search for one of the members bitesize, he had his mounted on the dash of hos hatch when he had it
decent idea, but how well can you see them from your seat?
Curious though, what gauges do you have there?
-Mark D.
I can tell the car is used to being that dirty, it is in every crack and crevice..
Same question what guages do you need to have? I think I would add AF meter, oil pressure, exhaust temp when I start adding guages to mine.
I hope you have that switch going to a relay and not streight to the fans.
The switch goes to an aux relay I added.
The gauges are Equus and I have in order: Water temp, Oil pressure, Voltage. I was thinking about buying an A/F gauge, but I don't think I can afford one! :/ Since I put them at a 45* angle, I can still see them fine from my seat. I used the Red rubbers so they aren't as bright.
I clean the car way better than the previous owner and I usually have it shiney and clean... Hell! I take it to the car wash almost twice a week, exept for the past 2 weeks because I started working a lot.
There's not many pictures of Bitesize's dash, but I like where he put the A/F gauge.

I think I will clean my car tomorrow and take some "Good" pictures
I need to get me some more armour all whipes.
If you can't tell, my gauges are set from left to right: 15*, 30*, 45*.
..... I wish I had black interior...

...to both comments. If you do armor all, make sure you wipe it down with a towel or blue paper towel afterwards. That stuff actually creates a static cling, and dust is attracted to it. After one coating, you can just use one of those mini california car dusters once a week or so and that dash will stay damn clean.
...as for the dash insert. I'll post up a pic soon (maybe tonight) of the one I put in the hatch waaaaay too long ago.

i was useing armor all every week and my dash looked great but then i ran out and just quit cleaning my car then my dash cracked X_X

newspaper is way better to wipe down windows with than paper towel any day, so good call there.
Damn near every tint I've ever had, or seen will bleach out (aka turn purple or blue-ish) if washed with windex regularly. You may not notice it right away, but after continued use, it becomes more and more evident. That said, it's the ammonia in the windex that bleaches it out. If you get Ammonia Free Windex, or any other ammonia free window cleaner, it will not have any affect on the tint. (Unless it specifically states not to use it on tinting.)

yeah i use windex and a razor blade when i remove tint off windows it works good for removing it but dont use it if u like ur window tint lol
