Are these wheels and tires doable?

Found a good deal on some wheels with tires just want to make sure they would fit. They are 16 x 7 offset 40 wheels with 205/45/16 tires. They fit? Rub a little?

yeah if they are 4x100 they will fit fine...i have 205-50-16 with a 40 offset...and i rub a lil bit cuz i have a lowered car.
