How do you make a custom Body Kit???

Shape it with bondo maybe. You won't be able to tell how good it'll look til you paint it.

The cardboard would be very lightweight just make sure you duct tape it on properly

i would use dual sided tape and after test fitting make sure to rattle can spray it so it matches.
