Can't Change My Sig

For some reason I can't change my sig, Whenever I try I get this message: "Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /home/geez/public_html/forum/includes/class_upload.php on line 398" I have tried on Firefox, IE6, IE7 so it has to be a forum issue

you're probably trying to use a picture that's too large. Try using a smaller pic and see if that helps.

does same thing with me hence why my sig pictrue is just a link and my sig pic is within the size limit

i added a full stop after my sig and it munts out so how can it be to do with the pics?!?1

I'm having trouble with the avatar, I re-sized it to meet the 100 x 100 pixel & under 12Kb dimensions. Tried other compression options & such. I never had problems before.
