Grill bolts

I'm trying to put my grill back on my car but i dont know the size of the bolt as i have tried several and none seem to fit.
I also have a replacement hood which has a grill but when i tried to take out the bolts they were rusted so bad that the heads sanapped off.
If anyone knows what type of bolt and the thread size it would help alot.

Tmey are the standard bolts found all around your car.

They have a 10mm head.
