Got the idler pulley made.

This is cool I'll definitely want one once I finish my Prius power steering column project. But this also got me thing about a second project that I've thought about taking on and that's do a electric water pump conversion. I recently purchased one from a bmw at the jy on the Black Friday sell but I was trying to think of a way to go about it. But something like a block of plate with a an -16 or -20 fitting should do the trick. Any way keep up the cool work bro

The Suburban developed a coolant leak, which turned into a project, and I don't ever get to do a project without all Hell breaking loose everywhere else but the project. I'd so like to do at least one project in my life in peace, without the funding sprouting wings and flying away, or the furnace crapping out, or a disabled friend needing a closet painted, or the non-profit board I'm on having a series of crises, etc, etc, etc. I got a spare evening to come up for air, and this seemed like it would fill the time productively.

I might redesign the brackets again and see if I can make them out of folded plate steel and not CNC machined billet stock. It will make them much cheaper if I can. Though I'm not too sure how a folded steel CAD drawing will prototype on a 3D printer.

You think anyone else wants some new passenger assist handle covers?
