you can leave the line from the fire wall alone dont need to plug them. or you can be real adventurous and remove them completely

i toke the hose off and theres just 2 holes there...you might wanna take out the a/c fan and its components and the eva inside the glove compartment...and a/c bracket if you havent done so...i left mine on cause it was a pain in the ass trying to take off the bolts

Removing the evaporator was real easy took me like 20 minutes and you can reinstall the casing so that you will not have any obstruction of the blower fan. Then you can plug the firewall with rubber gromets.

Just add 2 electric fans I believe 10" are the ones that mount to the front. They are inexpensive.

When you find that R12 send it to me, I just converted back to R12. Texas heat was just to much for the R134a coversion I did back in Florida (1997) of course there was a small leak in the o-ring at the expansion valve that allow sludge to build up on the evaporator.

I honestly believe after flushing replace all o-rings and resealing the system, R134a probably would have done okay but I had already aquired the R12.

In the stores down here they go for $40 a 12 oz can. but I get mine off of ebay about $20 a can shipped. I challenged the EPA 609 MVAC test. So I can buy it anytime.
