how do you get them out so i can put my new ones in?

pop out the little black piece on the left. remove the knobs from the temp and on off slidder. There should be two screws behind the piece.

alright thank you sir. my uncle just sent me a brown ass dash and im painting it black with Duplicolor's Vinyl and cloth spray..LOL and i need to get the old DX controls out so i can put my LX in..
