yea, I cant believe it my self, but I was at this point where I just argue with my self, really whats is the biggest challenge of going boost? Turbo mani, I'm a welder for krist sake, I can weld me my own and be happy.. and there is enough of members here who can help me as it will be my first turbo build.

well i got the exhasut made from ....oooooOOOOOO what a feeling LOL. sounds so damn nice. no cat. 2.5 all the way back. had a dump tube made to...sounds like i have vtech when i get to 5 grand LOL.....ill post pics guys....so the setup is DONE offically and ready to lay out some civics lol and tegs.....I smoked a DA coupe....and a eg with a b18c5 swap....he had some ring issue so once i saw smoke out of the exhuast im like OOOOKAY buddy you want to race me.....LOL

well i blew my turbo last night LOL....xs powa shit yo.....that i it could of lasted longer if i had the drain rounted better...but o well its not bad but it smokes and i hate it LOL....but ill reroute the oil line and see what happens

Well I hate to say it, but thats great news! I'm really glad your turbo blew and didn't take out your motor. Time to ditch the knock off turbo and step up!

O SHIT i didnt know i had replys SORRY GUYS. but im going to tear her down tues....idk what im going to do i have the rebuild kit. I got a cheap rebuild kit but i can get a Garret rebuild kit for 100 and have a garret turbo basicly but time hope you figure all your shit out...learn from me dude...LOL sucks i miss driving the b series killer

^^as i said on MSN it may not be only the turbo as your motor sounds like its very low on compression on one cylinder.
prolly number 3...but i just dont want it to smoke no more....if it comes down to it ill just do a basic rebuild kit for it.

Well.....Update. I got the accord torn down AGAIN...lol. Turbo is Definitely fucked......oil on both side....I knew i knew...no bad comp.....ITS ALL GOOD. getting the pan retap and rerouted. shell back on the road again...at the same time going to start buying parts for new build

Im just glad i got this manifold to work. it was a bitch ill tell you that. But if you think and bust your knuckles alittle its well worth it. Im just glad i got the hook up from chris. Thanks a bunch. and to the whole site for there support.

holly crowded and clustered engine bay batman. Thats worse then when the black box was in there. You sure you know what all that crap goes to? The mani looks great in there by the way and a nice biuld.
Looks better in person....alot of wiring...thats why i want OBD1...i need do redo some shit...hide some wire....I know its alittle nasty LOL. but it looks go at the same time.

rendon does the turbo have any shaft play? What kind/size turbo is it? How did you get that single core radiator to fit like that? I dont think i can get mine to fit like yours... your using a 92-95 civic dual core yes? Im really liking your setup dood!

Sure is a 93-95 prolly fits most civics i just put 93 civic dual core radiator. Took me bout half a hour to get it to work. easy. Ill do a mini how to and send it via PM with pics.
Turbo is a Xs power TE04 T3/T4 hybrid .63hotside .50 coldside. NO shalf play what so ever all its doing its letting the oil go by for the fact of my Epic fail on the oil return. I cant wait to post vids again LOL.

Thanks Dude! Its just great to see guys still working on their old ass accords! Yeah im making progress on my car weekly, its 95% done, need to finish some easy charge pipes and the exhaust, and get a battery to fit and a little odds and ends. I wanna get it on the dyno this year so we will see. If i were you and the oil drain is fixed, you might be able to reuse the turbo as long as the drains in the centersection are still clear. One turbo i had, nomatter what i did, smoked like a mofo. I originally thought i had oil drain problems, but what it ended up being was the centersection oil drain passages were all coked up bad especially near the turbine side, keeping oil in the turbo and making it burn off. Yeah i know what you mean about obd1, the obd0 stuff is just wayy too sketchy to really get it running awesome, especially with ignition. I cant wait to see what you got planned next for your setup!
