I so rarely offer anything up in the Performance section, I figured I could put this here.I just installed my new vacuum gauge tonight and I'm really excited.
This will give me a lot more insight into how my valve train and combustion chamber are working. It will help me conserve fuel and keep me apprised of any vacuum leaks that may spring up.

How does one install a vacuum gauge? That is a bad ass setup!!
It's mechanical, so you just run the nylon tube through the firewall, and tap into one of the vac lines from the intake manifold (preferred spot is probably to T into the vac line that goes to the fuel pressure regulator). Just like a boost gauge. The nylon tube attaches to the back of the gauge.

looks good a lot of people forget how useful a vaccume gauge is, will tell you more information then almost any other gauge if you know how to read it
Yeah, like 86AccordLXi said, just run the included vacuum line through the firewall and you're good. I ran the vacuum line to the spare vacuum port on the intake (has a cap). It was a little sloppy on the nipple, so I ran a short length of Honda line from the port to a T-adapter (also included) and then to the gauge. Then I plugged the spare port on the T-adapter with the cap from the intake. Hardest part (for me) is wiring the lights.
I got it from Amazon for $40. It was free for me because I used my Visa points.
