    pacesetter gaskets

    can anyone tell me where i can get gaskets for a pacesetter header. just got mine from rendonlxi. thanks man. i heard i can get a subaru gasket for the downpipe, but what year subaru and what model of engine. will any exhaust manifold gasket for a20 work for where it mounts to the head, or do i haave to get a pacesetter gasket . aany info will help me out and cost?? thanks

    I wouldn't bother with the Pacesetter gasket as it's garbage (unless they've updated to a better non paper design). I think the oem Subaru gasket that's much better was part# 44022AA20 (90-95 Legacy).

    any A20 manifold exhaust gasket works.. the one that comes with the pacesetter is crap.. and i reused the coper down pipe gasket many of times.. if you dont have it.. then you need to find the subbey one

    yeah mine came with the copper gasket and i have not had a prob

    that pic is offline pic of the subaru gasket that is said to work for pacesetter downpipe. i looked it up and it has four holes becouse it is not a header downpipe gasket it is the stock replacement exhaust gasket for a 4 cylinder subaru. i just put up the pic so people could see it before i go and buy it. also i cant use the copper gasket that came with the pacesetter becouse i bought mine used with no gaskets
