    Hose clamps

I am in the middle of replacing the hose that goes from the thermostat to intake manifold and ended up breaking the clamp on the manifold end of the hose. Can I just use a hose clamp or should I try to find a different clamp? I'm just conserned that the hose clamp might come loose or something.

    Re: Hose clamps

A worm-gear clamp is fine (and usually better than the stock wire-type clamps).
