Who makes best ignition parts for EK1 ???

Who has the best parts available for EK1.
    Cap, rotor, plugs.
or/and what parts store is best for 1gen 2nd gen honda?

Back in the day I got a rotor from napa and it sucked, then one from carquest was good.
I just seen like 7 different manufacture available at kragen.
Master Pro; BWD; Beck/Arnley; Niehoff; Bosch; Standard; ACDelco; etc.
I'm thinking the NGK plugs, BUT what has been your experience?

Also any other suggestions would be helpfull too, I'm looking for the best timing belt, and regular belts too.
    Thank You !!!

Your local friendly Honda dealer will have the best available parts for you. Most dealers won't stock this stuff anymore because of the age of the car but they can still order it for you and have most things in a day or two. Timing belt, water pump, drive belts and coolant I would definitely go Honda on. Non Honda ignition stuff is junk too. I have tried all of the different aftermarket ignition stuff and none of it is quite up to par with the Honda stuff, even the so called "premium" or "select" lines. You can't go wrong with NGK plugs, they are what Honda sells but they come in Honda packaging and are pre gapped for your specific vehicle. Believe me, go Honda and you will thank me later. I'm not just saying this because I work at Honda, it's from personal experience. "Imitation may be the greatest form of flattery, but it has no place in your Honda".

What ever you do don't go to autozone. I just picked up my 4th distributor from them and it was dead on arrival. I've had good luck with napa myself and my local Honda dealer actually goes through napa for parts most of the time when cars go in for repair.

OEM really is the way to go if you can afford it.

Yes I am Chuck d. (or last name starts with a D) I am the White Suburbanite version.

At AutoZone I looked at a 'duracrap' rotor and the metal part was moving side to side on it. piece of junk !
