yeah and the ones defending it have had mounts for years and never done anything.
i think the least these people could get is A word, i'm not saying that they should or shouldn't be done, but "r&d blah blah blah" is supposed to be some sort of excuse? the mounts were already made and are already shown on innovatives website, i'm sure they aren't doing anything more with them.

none of you read
they are not ready to go they are on the site but not in stockstarting September they will be available to everone who wants them
if anyone can get a hold of tommy please do so before the lynching mob shows up
If you are on the list you can PM me and I will let you know what I know.

ok ok, it's getting a little heated now. Let's all just take a deep breath.
Honestly (as an impartial party here) I think Tommy should at the very least come in with an update, even if it's just "We're still waiting on this guys, please sit tight....".
At the same time though, as Geddy pointed out, September has already been given as an expected availability date.

If twoloudnproud has to front the cash himself for several sets in order to get the group buy going it's really not that strange if it takes a while. so relax fellas
i can agree with you dane, and to you roodoo since you apparently agree with him as well...
like i've said many times in this thread... i don't even own the car nor have a use for the mounts, i was willing to put money up to purchase a set to help the group buy. tommy made the decision to not let me do so, however, i still have an interest in seeing this to completion and have to wonder why people are so quick to defend someone who can't even give the members here the common courtesy of at least saying something. if he was to busy for this responsibility he should have never taken it on.Originally Posted by nswst8

Wow, really?
We just want some sort of updade. We were looking into picking up a B20B for $550 several days ago (yes, I actually have the money), but decided to hold off for the mounts... I have the SE-i with motor out and ready. County is on my ass again so it looks like the A20 is going to have the seals done and go back in.
ok guys you've each had your chance to say your peace and toss insults at each other. Let's be done with that now, please.
I do appreciate the concern in asking the status, and can understand the frustration from the others as well regarding the lack of an update. I too would be looking for at least some response as I already mentioned.
However, Phil has been through the paces with the group buys for us in the past (he organized the 2nd g/b for the cam gears) and I helped organize the first, so we both have seen the barrage of e-mails, and PM's and know the stresses of keeping everyone happy throughout a long lead-time project such as this.
I think there's some confusion about Innovative's listing on their site already, implying their current availability, but I'm also reserving confidence that Tommy has legitimately organized this g/b and for some reason has not yet updated us as to the status.

Anyone who is on the list can PM me and I'll happy to let you know what I know.

Remember this, at best this is considered a custom order. With no guarantees that R&D dollars will be reocovered with the aftermarket community.
Some people are puting their time and effort into getting something done for this community.
I have never worked with Tommy, but from first impressions I believe that he is trying to get something done. I could be wrong. He is a busy person from what I understand.
If I'm correct Messy bought his turbo set up and Messy doesn't seem to have any issues with him.
Phil
Hey look, suddenly the thread is civilized again. Way to go you guys, I love seeing you all make up and kiss and be happy! If you don't have anything NEW to contribute to this thread, don't post it, I will delete it.

Good work 2ndGenGuy. Those are the ones I would've deleted.
I sent Innovative an email today asking the status, so we'll see what they have to say...
This is what I know. They are tweaking the rear mount. The guy that is custom fabricating the axles was waiting on the tweaked rear mount to complete the axles.
When he found out that the rear mount was supposely ready thru a third party he called Innovative because thay had not informed him that it was ready.
Sales people at Innovative are saying that the mounts are ready to be produced, but they are not ready.
There is a communication gap between R&D and sales.
So the rear mount is the hold up at the moment.

Hello, I would like to know if these mounts are available for purchase.
I cannot see whether you have them in stock or not on the website, I think i am having browser issues.
I have read around on the internet and have seen that these are a relatively new product that you are offering. On a website called 3geez.com I have been told that there is a group buy currently underway and after that is settled these will be available. Can you please confirm this to be true, or may i order a set currently.
Thanks!
