So, instead of calling noob and being rude, why not be proactive? Call his old lady, and drive the hour over to his house, buy a couple of coffee's, and find out what's going on. Real information beats "well I think...." any day of the week. Be the hero and update us all.
Innovative isn't going to just suddenly offer mounts unless somebody did some work. And I don't blame them for not giving out information belonging to other customers.
Since it seems Innovative is offering the parts, if you really want them now just go ahead and buy them. Wait for the refund stuff to be sorted out later.
I know it sucks for the people with money tied up in this buy, however, this is the internet, and we're dealing with other people, not corporations. You pay your dime, you take your chances. Never put out more money than you can afford to lose.

you can call me a noob but i've been working on cars including 3g hondas for about 8 years now... that's longer than a lot of members i've seen on here have even been able to drive... hell i've been driving for 12 years now... dad taught me on his 81 accord when i was 11, drove that car for a while.
my point is, no one has any real information it's all he said she said and that means nothing to these people who fronted the money. i guess the lesson here is that if it's been 44 days and you don't have any mounts report a paypal dispute, paying 50-100 dollars more after all is said and done for the mounts FROM INNOVATIVE is better than being out 300. sucks that all of you got screwed so hard, glad i became a member after this because i would have been one of you.

Who even knows if he's in jail? That's just what we're all assuming. The excuses will just go on and on until they're in the clear or we give up. I personally am not one for that... Innovative would know if there was a group buy going on. He had over a month to send them our money, IT NEVER HAPPENED. And honestly if I planned to really fuck people over I would wait for something like this, not on bullshit $60 parts and $200 motors.

I don't think this can be argued with at all. If Tim at Innovative has confirmed with you that he (nor anyone at Innovative) has not received payment or pre-order for any of these mounts from Tommy, it is fact that the money should be sitting in an account, completely unspent, and ready to either submit to Innovative or for refund upon request.
If no money has been sent to Innovative and they're not binding Tommy to spending any certain amount, there should be no trouble with a refund in full to anyone who requests it.
Now that is a fact. One of which is not passing any judgement or making any claim of 'being screwed' or otherwise, it's merely asking for repayment of unspent funds.
Absolutely no one here should take this as me telling anyone what I think they should do, nor any 3Geez 'mod' getting involved. I'm representing myself purely as another member trying to cut through any accusations of wrongdoing or sticking up for someone. It's just taking it for face value only without any speculations.

None of that information posted is not on public record. Anyone in this world has access to that information, if they were to do enough digging around. Now I'm not saying I agree it should have been posted, but with all due respect, that information was posted long before your last post here on this thread.
While anyone would feel bad for you and Tommy if you are in fact in the midst of a family turmoil, you also have to recognize that there is a large sum of money that has been collected for payment of something that has not been delivered. Anyone, including yourself or Tommy, especially with the short tempers displayed by your reply as well as many of Tommy's in this thread, would almost definitely be quite angry if hard-earned money you put forward in good faith went M.I.A. without even so much as a peep from anyone regarding its status.
Remember, this 'group buy' (despite Innovative's confirmation of having no knowledge of) was voluntary, and therefore any responsibility to it, or it's buyers, is the sole responsibility of the originator. Tommy took this on himself, no one forced it upon him, and he has always had (and still does have) the opportunity to refund all money and make a quick apology for it.
No one's family should be in danger now, any more than ever, by the posting of this public knowledge on this forum. However, in good faith, the information has been edited to reflect exactly as you quoted. Please feel free make good on your offer to 'help and work with you guys' now.
