Price seems pretty fair to me as long as the body is straight and the motor runs good. If you are looking to daily drive it I say repair it and drive the hell outta it, if its a second car go nuts with it

I think it's definitely a fair price for an SEi. By interior work, I assume you mean the leahter is cracked and torn. Good luck fixing that, I've never seen a nice SEi interior. You might as well just swap in Prelude front seats and a regular cloth backseat.

The coupes are rare and the SE-i's are rarer. I think you got a screaming deal. Definitely restore it and love it. There's few cars in the world like it. Welcome to the forum by the way.

Yea it's the gray one!....Yes it's the seats.Driver has been redone looks ok. Passenger seat is trashed, headliner needs work. But main thing for me is it's ---------------straight<----->no rust,no previous collisions.I may finally have a car that looks good!I can fix all the other things!!!I'll put some pictures on here soon of my rides!

Spend a few bucks and get the seats recovered in leather. That's the feature of the SEi that makes it what it is. If you clean up that interior and get it in good condition, you will find someone who pays probably $1500 for the car. Appearance is everything when you sell it. A clean, good looking car is usually a well maintained car and is worth more.... Don't swap out the seats for cloth! Might as well just have an LXi if that's what you're going to do.

If it had a clean interior, clean paint, and was straight and rust free, I'd probably pay $4000-5000 for one. That's just me though.

2ndgen, agree about the leather, but getting it done right will cost over $600. Prelude seats are cheap.
