I am thinking about flipping the air cleaner cover our the accord but will that mess up the vacuum system or anything? I won't do it if it will mess anything up but if it won't hurt anything I want to see if it makes any difference.

Supposedly gives higher air flow. I know for sure though...it sounds pretty cool. Oh yea...put it this way i didnt notice any change in the Vac System. But dont take my word for it. But know this...it sounds pretty cool when you flip the lid =P

No it won't mess up the vacuum system. I've ran my car without the air filter and lid without any problems. Now I didn't run it on the street, it was for carb cleaning purposes.

i ran it on my LX for a very long time didnt mess up anything.. do yourself a favor and chop it takes a bit more time then just fliping it.. but looks 10x better
