When ever i'm justing sitting there and i turn my wheel it makes a strange sound sort of like opening an old door slowly. What could this be? I have enough power steering fluid and it's not hard to turn.

maybe your belt is a bit loose. Whenever it would rain a lot and i got water on my belt, it would make a high pitched squeal when I would try and turn.. that's the first thing I would check is the belt...
I'm just like any other member on this board.......
If it's a clicking noise it's your cv-joints.
