Well, it would be refreshing in a way, but look at www.fourms.shooshtime.com (alot of the forums are NWS) first before making any decisions. You are allowed HUGE gifs as your avatar if you want, and huge sigs with no real size limit, and multiple pics and gifs in them.
if you're using dial up you shouldn't be using the internet, they make cheap enough packages for cable/dsl...

I remember when i had dail up when i was with my rents. Now i got cable for 50 and 10 buck upgrade secound the the fastest. and i get cable to..CHarter baby lol

exactly...i don't think i used dial up since the mid/late 90's...plus you can pick up phone/internet/cable tv for like $99...it seems illogical to buy a package plan with dial up...
