Timing problems?

Hey 3g'z,

I had my dad help me reset the timing on the dizzy today to factory settings. It is lagging in power, so I played around with it and retarded the timing, its a bit faster, but still lagging in power. It does come alive mor eon the top end, but this engine is supposedly newer, with more compresion, and yet its way slower. Help?

You guys were right, it was the timing. Readjusted it and now its got some power haha. i'm getting my exhaust redone this weekend hopefully and got a deal on a dc header, so be looking for that
