I bought my Accord with about 110,500 on it. The car now has about 111,400 on it. I was SO mad when I realized I had missed seeing all the numbers read "1". By the time I saw it, it was to 111,113. I had been looking forward to seeing that since I bought the car! Now, I gotta wait 111,111 miles till it happens again!
195,451 :d
197,341 and still 120 ponies strong.
I bought mine today with 201K on it. 1989 DX $350.

I've already voted on this one for my last car (over 210k miles now),
but my "new" Aerodeck is on 152k kms = 95k miles.
heres mine this picture is a little old i now have 113,704
140,8xx miles as of today. Third owner; first one sold it at 60K, friend of mine sold it at 128K when he was about to trash it.
What things I did replace?... let's see.
EGR valve, A/C boost solenoid, brake power booster, master brake cylinder, radiator, ALL cooling hoses, fan switches, temp sender and switch, all struts, tie rod ends, ALL crank/cam seals, oil pump seals, driver window mechanism, transmission (worked but vibrated @ idle), engine mounts, front brake calipers (rebuilt) new pads and rotors, all belts, alternator, P/S pump rebuilt, P/S pressure hose, in the process of replacing P/S return hoses. CD/ player and speakers from other car, distributor rebuilt w/new bearing ... anyway, what I recall, and leave aside "maintenance items" such as spark plugs, plug wires, cap & rotor, O2 sensor.
It was done slowly with several things done in the first year - oil leaks were bad, suspension totally shot, would not pass emissions because of EGR valve, had no power brake assistance, driver window would not go down. Many smaller improvements were done after that, and it slowly became a dependable car.

If it ain't broke... I fix it!
Dang.. these cars are made for road trips.. mine is sitting at around 255k original everything with the exception of replacing a few radiator hoses, and replacing the alternator. other than that its all stock.. i've been from Oregon where i live to Florida, and back. From Oregon to Cali and Back Twice. I hope to get out to a 3geez meet up thats big no matter the distance..!!
LIFE IS SHORT, DRAG IT OUT!
185k still going strong. Only basic wear items replaced.
I just hit 280,000kms last week, so about 173,000miles... But been on the new motor for about 6000km now.

6000km? time for vtec? lol i have the kit u need haha
my accords at 351000kms at the moment. probably its 5th engine
checking in: '86 LXi hatch with about 227k. comp test was reasonably nice and the car is a lot quicker than i expected.
165k on a mostly stock 89 LX.
Had to replace the air vent cut off diaphragm(replaced entire thermo valve too)
And had to customize a vacuum advance to fit onto the dizzy.
That's all i've done to it since i've had it for 3 weeks now, but I need to time the ignition and tune the carb. It runs like shit for some reason.
Seems like it misses @ 1-3k, then it stops acting up.
It will idle at 1k-4k and sometimes randomly die when you are stopping at a stop sign.
A little over 58k now...and in the process of pulling out the auto tranny and putting in a manual
Mine is sitting at 251000 km or 156000 miles
No Idea whats been replaced before. But this week I will be doing plugs, wires, cap and rotor, air filter and an oil change
Mine is at 195k. Getting ready to change the water pump and timing belt.
Checking in for the 3rd time......198k+.......I too am getting ready for timing belt and water pump.
chassis just turned 180k
1989 Honda Accord LX-i

174,810 miles, which really is low miles, on an average annual basis, for an 88. About 90K was on the car when my son bought it back in 1997, as I recall. I became the owner in 1999. So, in approx. the last 15 years, only about 85K have been added, an average of only about 5.7K miles per year.
I have a 91 Accord which is the car I've driven most of the time I've also owned this 88 LX-i. The 91 Accord has approx. 297, 900 miles on it.
