Hey guys,
Got back from a scca awards event at 'grand prix' go carts in Mt. Kisco, ny.
Definitely the most fun I've had on 4 wheels, but a little on the pricy site...
Maybe throw in a Bear Mt. drive either before or after?

Hard to set anything up because people are so spread out. Some people will have to drive 4hours+.

I have heard of this place. I would be interested in taking a ride out there. I am about 1hr or so from there.

steve, you're more than an hour from there. ...maybe about 1.5hrs.
I'm up for it too. I know a bunch of people that have been there, and they do like it a lot.
Paul, have you checked out On-Track Karting yet? I've talked to a bunch of SCCA'ers and a guy that runs in the Skip Barber Formula series, and they both prefer On-Track. Either way, I'm there, just name the place and the time and let's make it happen.

I haven't heard too many positive reviews of on-track, mostly regarding the track layouts (grandprix has lots of great elevation changes).
I'll try & make some time later this month to meetup with you guys at either place, we should definitely go at a 'off-hours' time so it's less crowded.
