    Rear speaker help

Ive got a 89 lx that didnt have rear speakers when i bought it. Crutchfield says they are 6x9s and the on here says they are too. Problem is the openings look like they are 6.5s does anybody have a pic of the 6x9 opening so i can compare?

Is it a sedan, hatch or coupe?.... I know that in sedans, only the se-i had 6x9's, while all other trim models had 6.5" round speakers.

    Re: Rear speaker help

My 89 LXi Sedan came from the factory with 6x9s. Yes, the hole in the rear deck is round but the pod for the speaker that sits above the deck adapts the round hole to the oval speaker.

They can have my Accord when they pry the steering wheel from my cold dead fingers.
