the H22A isnt all that heavy realy
is still an alloy motor so prob weighs no more than an sr20 but with more power and torque
must of cost alot

Answering a question no one thought to ask.
i wouldnt be able to say what motor would be better unless you gave me two of them one sr20det and one h22a vtec turbo and ill skid the fuck out of them and see which one fucks out 1st lol, SR20 is a damn strong motor, built for turbo (like all nissan motors are ....useless NA) and is capable of a mean hiding and still handle it. H22 is made as a NA motor so i dont know how much it would like a hard thrash with boost for long periods of time haha

the best the na sr20de ever managed was 160 hp @ the flywheel
the neo versions might have been more but they still arnt all that great
my h22a makes that at the wheels dead stock and its an auto and an early one speced at 185 hp
they were speced up to 220hp in the euro R accord
the sr20det tho is a diff story, up to bout 240/250hp in the gtir pulsar
but i havnt met an NA sr20 that i havnt wasted
even my si is quicker than a primera te
so NA h22a vs NA sr20de
i know which way i'd rather go
