I have a VW switchblade key in my house from a car that we dont have anymore, and I was wondering... Is there any way that i can put the key to my 3 gee into the key fob?

Dubbers switch keys in those all the time. It might be a little different with a Honda key, but the principle should be the same: DIY

i have some honda butterfly knife key blanks. but they wont work for the 3gee since the middle cut ( down the center of the key) is diferent. ill take a pic tomorrow and post it.

yeah sometimes ebay has like generic keys

just buy another honda switch blade key, AND a key blank for your car... get the keyblack cut for your car and slice it up and replace the key on the switchblade just like the how to.. its the only way to do it
