yup yup, i was traveling about 3 mph and i hit one of those big sewer-manhole- things. it was sticking out high enough(the cement all around had sank in) to hit my front crossmember and twist all of car in the surrounding areas. the front crossmember is fucked, plus it also did damage in other places... this wasnt really my fault, it was the roads fault. but since i was on base, i dont think i can get reimbursed or anything. and im afraid if i take it to a bofy shop to have it pulled straight, they will prolly charge me over 1000 dollars, so i dont really think its worth it...
the bumper is attached correctly, its the frames behind it that are all twisted up so its bent to hell.
cant open the door but about 5 inches.
headlights wont go up and down cuz they are smashed in place by frames and stuff
hood hits the fenders now
split the seams
made the paint peel off the front crossmember
made this thing all jacked up.

, yeah if the cross member is bent its most likely not fix able unless you want to replace the whole front frame... you could ghetto fix it by welding in a new cross member and banging everything as stright as you could get it but it wont drive as good still... but hopefully your get another 3g and swap your goodies over
