I've found someone who has both and i figured that the larger displacement one would be better, but i've heard the b16 has better flow. B16=horepower and B20=torque?
they'd both work with slight mods right?

the B20A one is pretty much the same as the A20 one, other B20 manifolds wont fit (i think), so a B16 one would be the way to go
why is it the smaller one? i don't know the runner lengths or anything, but wouldn't a higher displacement intake (same as ours) with im assuming better flow be better than stock over a lower disp. one with superior flow to both?

bolt pattern "may" be diffrent.. just go with the b16 one

if you choose the b16, you can also go with a skunk2 or blox intake manifold for a b16, i'm pretty sure that the b20 ones work just fine as they are the same as the b18...
the problem with a stock b20 manifold is that only a few are the p75 variant which is what the b18's have on them, the others are called giraffe manifolds because they go out and up super high above the head. so my answer is if you want to use a b20 just get an ls manifold, if you want a b16 get a b16, if you decide on either i would suggest getting the skunk2 as it's a copy of honda's itr manifold and flows wayyyyyy better.

skunk2 ftw

guy i was talking to said the b20 one goes way up so i'll probly just go with the b16. It is better than stock just by itself tho right?

Theres is no point using a b20a intake mani...its the same as a a20. you wont gain anything. a b16 has straight runners...so you gain top end and lose low end. But if you stay on your hight rpms your set...a b16 was 20hp gain on are accords...the stock b20 accords and a2o have a long j manifold and the b16 is almost straight and smaller...i got one and bout to put it on here soon...

the guy sold the whole lot
Good to have this info tho i'll be looking for a b16 now

wow you people have no idea what he's talking about, when he said b20 he means b20b... as in from a crv...
and if you even read my post you would see that i said it's called a giraffe manifold demon or do you just ask questions to read your own posts and ignore what everyone says?

Geez man....
#1 Wasn't confirmed it wasn't the "p75 variant" Guy had like $3000 of crap he was selling from all sorts of cars. Never know unless you ask.
I asked, he said it was the "giraffe" version, = NO MORE MENTION OF IT
#2 This is a place for questions and answers. Just because I didn't follow your assumption. Doesn't mean I didn't believe you. It means i hoped you where wrong!
#3 I only ignore rude people

then you ignore the people with the answers, good luck.
