Just a little Engine Importing FYI

Alright well after seeing that one B20 sold on ebay a little while ago for like $130 (was from Jarco) I decided to call them to see if they could get one or a halfcut because thats what they specialize in. Turns out they import nothing anymore and they only have one rb engine left everything else they sale now is sourced in the U.S.

So for now that knocks out two major importers on the east coast. JHot shut down a while back I believe and now Jarco has stopped importing anything. Pretty gay if you ask me.

EDIT: also their website has not been updated. i asked one of the guys to fix it but who knows.

have you called the one in jacksonville FL? what about the one in Baltimore MD, my cousins get a bunch of imported motors from the shop in Baltimore.. i forget the name.. lol

Havent checked on anywhere besides Ga. Just stating that the two main importers in Georgia are down.

I would be willing to bet there are some more of those b20A lingering around, like I have said before, all 3gen peeps are not on this forum or any forum.
Mine came from that importer but years ago and I got it from a farily dormant low activity member here. It would easily be used as a replacement motor for even an non entheusisist so be sure and open EVERY hood in the JY with the 3rd gen Accords...
