I detailed another Honda in the family (pics!!)

Detailed my bro in law's 08 Honda Stream few days back and I thought I'd share few pics. Sorry for the crappy pics, its getting dark and hes in a hurry. I'll get proper photoshoot together with my Accord someday.

Some dumbass rear ended him few months back. Put a nice dent on the tailgate and bumper, sent the car to be fixed and boy the shop did a crappy work on it. I'm really unhappy on the finish. Orange peel like mad in lower rear bumper cover and I hate how they didnt even bother to take the badge off.

Look at this, see how there are sanding marks and heavy orange peel between the letters:


I took them off and wetsanded with 2000 grit


Done




I felt like an idiot for not taking more pics of the process and finished pictures

Haha nah I cant run my own body/detail shop. I'll probably screw things up.

And the shop that did the work is supposed to be the best in the area Theres even overspray on inner tailgate trim and they denied them, saying it must came from the factory WTF man?

And they didn't even bother taking the license plate off. <-- we need that smiley
