    Talking Got some Phat 5's and put my louvers on.

    I still need to make some kind of bracket for the bottom of the louvers to attach to the glass. I got some high winds the other day and it lifted them right up and folded them over onto the roof. Lucky no damage. Sold my VX wheels and got some Phat 5's. I also had a miss in #4 cylinder, which turned out to be low compression. Took the head off and had 6 bent intake valves. The "dished" pistons were "flattops" due to carbon. Anyway cleaned all carbon, replaced the bent valves and it is running great. Next are some Dunlops and Lower the car about 2".http://i562.photobucket.com/albums/s...marley/005.jpg

    I screwed up with the pic. Gonna try again.
    Thanks, and yeah it is 5% tint. It used to be not legal for the sides in my area, but the tinting place said no problem now, Hmm.

    that thing is so shiny in a rain storm it would be dry. Did you krylon the side mouldings. Thats the best lloking white bumper hatch Ive seen. Ivce debated painting mine blac for a while but this gives hope

    The car is wet in the pic. so the mouldings look darker than normal (not painted), The paint appears to be original. When I bought the car it did not have the louvers on it and the seller said I have the louvers that go on it, do you want those?, I almost said yes before he was finished with his sentence. Ha! A drop is a priority for sure

    You need to pull that trim around the rear window and paint it, though.

    Of course I'm lazy. If I wanted to work on my car I'd have gotten a DSM

    i remember alot of peeps wanted the fat fives when i put then on...mad alot of people on here do it...i mean yeah alot of people did it b4 me but i had guys tell me man your car is so clean and nice...NOW i dont get that no more lol...

    That would be the louvers, I guess intended for shading the sun on hatchback cars. Popular in the 80's especially on 280 z's, 300z's, mustangs, even pickups.

    No offense, but those wheels are way too small for my preference. No, I'm not asking you to lift your car and put 30's on it, but atleast 17's (or 16's with enough rubber, like mine).

    our cars run better with 15s....his tire might be small like 195/50....i run 205/50...looks and performs good
